By now you’ve seen images of this adidas Ultra BOOST from the Consortium range, but as it turns out, there’s a bit of backstory to one of the most luxurious iterations of this running shoe we’ve ever seen. James Whitner of Social Status reveals that this impressive design was actually an early sample from the adidas Consortium Sneaker Exchange with European retail giant Sneakersnstuff. The shoes were obviously scrapped in favor of the white/black colorway, but these were too good not to let out to the public.
