The MEDICOM TOY x Nike SB Blazer Low Releases In December_CaminosModa

MEDICOM TOY, the proprietors of the ever-collectible BE@RBRICK, is as established a Nike family member as, say, Hiroshi Fujiwara or Edison Chen. Since 2002, the Japanese imprint has shared their expertise with the Swoosh a number of times, the footwear label offering up their staple silhouettes in return. While typically composed on the Dunk Low, it seems the duo’s latest collaborative project is taking a small detour via Nike SB’s Blazer Low.

Dressed similarly to the Dunk Low teased only months prior, the silhouette constructs of an extremely textural fur that affectionately and literally nods to what MEDICOM has made their mascot. Placed along the toe box, the side profile, and the overlays layered atop, the hairy fabrication is provided a blonde dye, a treatment that directly contrasts its supposed sibling. Laces then wrap the midfoot in lighter, complementing shade, covering much of the darker nylon tongue whose branded patch bears the signature “BE@RBRICK” insignia. This is found again along the back heel, placed only meters away from a blacked out tab which prefers to brandish with the usual “NIKE” text.

Grab a detailed look at these right here, and as they’re said to be samples, it’s possible we won’t see a release anytime soon. For now, sit tight as we await further info.
